Can Agility Tech Solutions fix my mobile phone's cracked screen?
We do not generally work on hardware issues like cracked screens, damaged mobile devices or similar. There are "brick and mortar" shops that specialize in that type of work. Additionally, your carrier can handle or direct you in those situations.
Does ATS work on older personal computers?
Absolutely. In most situations we can get your system running faster and smoother than it ever has! But first, we'll quickly check it over to determine if it's even worth sinking more money into it for you. Then we can go from there.
Can Agility replace hardware inside my computer?
Generally we steer clear of working on hardware issues as there are places locally to drop systems off at for that type of work. Most of our customers are having us work remotely, anyways. For example, helping with software or email profile problems. However, we can diagnose what issues you have first and make recommendations. In certain situations, especially with an onsite visit, we may be able to perform certain hardware fixes. For example; replacing or adding memory chips to a desktop or laptop computer.
I want to add, replace or diagnose equipment like routers, switches, access points, printers and other peripherals. Can Agility help me with that?
Absolutely! That's one of our specialties. Generally these require onsite work in the home or office so be sure to check with us during your booking to make sure we schedule it correctly. If new equipment is needed, we will generally direct you to purchase the items yourself or we can get them for you at an additional cost. That will have to be determined on a case by case basis.
How much does Agility Tech Solutions charge or what's the price for computer repair and help?
Agility Tech Solutions computer help and repair services begin at $60/hour for remote work and $85/hour for onsite work. ProTech subscribed members pay $0/hour for remote work and $47/hour for onsite work.
